Inspiration Sunday!

This quote spoke to me this week, because I am hearing the whooshing sound myself right now as NaNoWriMo flies by. I won’t make even a fraction of my original goal, but that’s OK. It’s encouraging to know that even writers as famous as Douglas Adams struggle to meet deadlines!

I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.

    Oh how the whooshing sound feels in my ears. I’m wa-ay behind this year.😧 I didn’t ought to have signed up really. I was on holiday the first week, then I had to go to hospital for a 1 day ‘procedure’, but they kept me overnight. Now my back is really bad. (The last 2 were not planned, at least the overnight stay and bad back weren’t).
    So I hear the whoosh of deadlines passing.
